• Mediglow provides informational content and coordination services for medical tourism, including clinic vetting (MediGlow Score™), travel logistics, and recovery support.

• We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions remain between you and your chosen health care providers.

3. Account Registration

• To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update your account information.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

4. Use Restrictions You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and data on the Services, including MediGlow Score™, are owned by Mediglow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may use content for your personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use requires our express written permission.

6. Third‑Party Links and Partners

• The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

• Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Mediglow.

7. Privacy and Cookies

• Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at mediglow.com/privacy.

• We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, available at mediglow.com/cookies.

8. Disclaimers

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• MEDIGLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR ABSOLUTELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDIGLOW OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

10. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Mediglow and its affiliates harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

• Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12‑14 shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Fulton County, Georgia,  United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

• Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, United States and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
